Share pet care with family, roommates, or a co-parent.

• Where can I find my groups?

  Go to Menu > Settings > Groups to see every group you’re a member of.

• How do I create a group?

  On the Groups screen, tap the + icon in the top-right corner. Enter a group name and description, then tap Create.

• How do I invite someone to a group?

  Open the group and invite a member by their email address. They’ll join with the role you choose.

• What roles are available in a group?

  Group members can have one of three roles:

  • Admin: everything a Care-giver can do, plus adding and removing members and changing their roles.
  • Care-giver: add pets, medications, and records, and administer medications.
  • Guest: view-only access to pets, medications, and records.

• How do I switch between households?

  If you belong to more than one group, open Menu > Settings > Groups, open the group you want, and set it as your active group. Notepet then shows that group’s pets and records.

• How do I remove a member or change their role?

  Open the group from Menu > Settings > Groups and tap the member. Admins can change a member’s role or remove them from the group.

• How do I leave or delete a group?

  Open the group from Menu > Settings > Groups. From there you can leave the group, or, if you’re an admin, delete it. Your own default group can’t be deleted.
