Welcome to the Notepet FAQs page. Here you can find answers to some common questions.

  • Why must I create an account?

    We require an account to keep your data backed up online. If you change phones, your data will still be accessible.

  • How do I close my account?

    You can close your account either by:

    • In app method: Go to Settings > Profile > Close account
    • Submit a request through this form.

    This action is irreversible and you will no longer have access to your account data. Please note that it may take up to 60 days to delete your account data.

  • Can Notepet be used for groups (example, in a family)?

    Group features are still under development and will be available in the future.

  • Will there be an iOS version?

    Yes, we have planned for an iOS version in the future!

  • Why are there account limitations?

    For free accounts, the number of pets and medications that can be added are limited.
